Cancellation & Commitment Policy

Your coaching journey is a powerful investment in your growth — and your presence is a key part of the process. By enrolling, you’re committing to showing up, doing the work, and honouring your space in this container. Please read the policy below before joining.

Group Coaching – Root to Rise Collective

Refunds & Cancellations: Due to the nature of this group coaching programme, where each space is limited and the structure depends on full participation, all sales are final.

If you cancel:

• More than 7 days before the programme begins – a full refund will be provided.
• Within 7 days of the programme start date or once the programme begins – no refunds or transfers will be issued.

Attendance Policy:
This is a live group coaching experience. There are no replays or recordings available. By signing up, you agree to attend all sessions live. If you miss a session, you will still receive the workbook for that week, but there are no make-up sessions.

Showing up is part of the transformation.

1:1 Coaching Programme

Refunds & Cancellations:
This is a personalised, high-touch coaching experience. Once the programme begins, no refunds will be given.

Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are considered forfeit and cannot be rescheduled.

Session Expiry:
All sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe (usually 12 weeks from your first session). Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire unless otherwise arranged.

By joining the programme, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and commitment policy. This agreement helps protect your investment, the group experience, and the integrity of the coaching container.
